Iranian security product customer fully automatic SMT production line, long-term deep cooperation case

In H.F.X's global customer service system, security electronic product manufacturers account for a high proportion. Previously, we shared a cooperation case with a Russian university project, where the other party purchased a complete set of SMT+DIP production lines for the production of security and livelihood security products such as electronic fire alarms and intelligent electronic water meters. Today we are going to introduce another Iranian long-term partner who is deeply involved in the security industry. This company was founded in 2000 and focused on the research and development of network switches and fiber optic communication equipment in its early days. In 2017, it first purchased a fully automatic SMT production line from H.F.X, and in 2018, it also added a supporting DIP production line. The core purpose of both production lines is to mass produce the core control motherboard for security cameras.

At the beginning of the project docking, the client proactively provided H.F.X with a complete product material BOM list and detailed workshop layout plan. To the surprise of our technical team, this Iranian client has a deep industry accumulation of requirements for the operation logic and layout of SMT production lines. They even planned the placement of all SMT equipment in advance in the workshop, and the reserved space size, production line design, and H.F.X standard fully automatic SMT production line adaptation requirements are almost completely consistent.

In order to fully match the customer's preset production goals, H.F.X arranged senior SMT engineers to conduct multidimensional detailed evaluations based on the customer's product characteristics, workshop layout, and future production capacity planning, and ultimately output a fully customized SMT assembly line solution.

The customer team checked each device parameter in the plan one by one, repeatedly discussed every detail of the entire line layout, fully recognized H.F.X's professionalism during the entire communication, and quickly finalized all cooperation agreements.

In mid-2017, Ben, a senior engineer at H.F.X, was sent to Tehran, the capital of Iran, to provide on-site after-sales service for three different local customers simultaneously. He first completed the full process installation and operation training of the semi-automatic SMT assembly line for the first customer, and then upgraded the hardware of the SMT machine for the second customer, so that the equipment originally adapted to conventional size PCBs could be compatible with the production of 1.2-meter extended PCB boards. Finally, he came to this security camera manufacturing enterprise to provide in-depth on-site service covering the entire process: completed the installation of all SMT equipment, explained the equipment operation methods and program writing logic to the customer's technical team one by one, accompanied the customer team throughout the process to complete the first batch of trial production of security camera controllers, and helped the customer's new products. Successfully achieved mass production and implementation.
