H.F.X provides technical support for manufacturing PCBA splitting machines for EMS in Tajikistan: efficient cutting solution for secondary cooperation landing
In the wave of capacity expansion in the EMS electronic assembly industry in Tajikistan, whether the PCB splitting process of newly built factories can quickly achieve high-precision and high-efficiency stable operation directly determines the production speed and product yield of the new production line. As a long-term partner of a leading EMS manufacturing enterprise in Tajikistan, H.F.X has provided on-site installation and practical training services for the entire process of H.F.X PCBA milling cutter splitting machine to meet the new construction needs of the customer's second factory. Based on the cooperation trust accumulated from the previous three proof coating machine project of the first factory, H.F.X helps customers quickly connect the splitting process of the new production line, achieving a dual upgrade of production capacity and cutting accuracy.

Second cooperation deepens partnership, new factory board equipment landing deployment
H.F.X always adheres to the service principle of "wherever the customer is, technical support will follow up", and the recent Tajikistan overseas technical service itinerary has also continued this service concept. The core target of this service is our senior EMS partner, a Tajikistan based manufacturing enterprise specializing in electronic assembly. This company has already purchased and deployed H.F.X's PCBA selective three proof coating machine at its main factory. The long-term stable operation of the equipment has established full trust in H.F.X's products and services among customers.
The customer has initiated the production capacity construction of their second new factory. In order to meet the production demand for high-precision PCB cutting and separation on the new production line and further improve the flow efficiency of the entire production line, they have once again chosen to purchase the H.F.X PCBA milling cutter splitting machine and specially invited H.F.X engineers to complete the on-site deployment.
Our core goal for every cross-border after-sales service is always clear and precise: to ensure that new equipment is installed and debugged in accordance with regulations, to provide thorough practical training covering all scenarios for customers' local operation teams, and ultimately to fully integrate the entire equipment into the existing production line, ensuring smooth and stable operation throughout the entire process. In this project, H.F.X specially dispatched experienced engineer Andy to the customer's Tajikistan factory for on-site service. During the consecutive days of on-site service, he worked closely with the customer's front-line employees to complete the entire process of equipment unpacking and positioning, hardware construction, and parameter optimization. He fulfilled H.F.X's core commitment to on-site technical support with practical service actions.
Standardized on-site deployment, building a solid foundation for equipment operation from the bottom
After the engineer arrived at the customer's factory, they immediately worked with the customer's operation and maintenance team to complete the entire unboxing inspection of the machine: checking the equipment rack, all connecting cables, and core components one by one to ensure that they were not damaged or bumped during long-distance transportation, and confirming that all components were in perfect condition without any transportation damage. Subsequently, the team completed the connection and debugging of the power line, equipment interaction signal line, and fully enclosed dust collector according to the specifications. The focus was on checking that the direction and suction of the dust collection fan fully met the design standards, completely avoiding the problem of dust overflow and pollution of the workshop environment during subsequent cutting operations. After all hardware pipelines are connected, the engineer performs precise horizontal calibration on the entire machine. Then, the equipment is powered on to complete the full axis origin regression process test, confirming that all moving parts run smoothly and without any lag, and that the basic operating status of the equipment fully meets the standards.
Practical oriented in-depth training to solve practical pain points in mass production on-site
One of the core focuses of this on-site service is practical training for customer teams. Engineer Mike guides frontline operators step by step to create exclusive cutting programs from scratch, from precise feeding and positioning of PCB boards, to custom drawing of exclusive cutting paths, to small-scale trial cutting verification. Throughout the process, he accompanies operators to repeatedly practice on multiple different actual production PCB boards, until all personnel can independently and proficiently complete the entire process operation, fully establishing confidence in independent programming and operation.
During the debugging process, the engineer quickly located and solved two common production problems that the customer team had no previous experience with: the first was a vacuum adsorption leak caused by a slight gap in the fixture base, resulting in a decrease in dust collection efficiency and the overflow of dust and circuit board debris. The engineer used specialized sealing tape to quickly seal the gap and made minor design optimizations to the fixture positioning structure, completely solving the leakage problem and re ensuring a clean working environment.
The second issue is that the visual alignment camera of the device and the benchmark of the cutting tool are not fully calibrated and aligned, which can easily lead to cutting position deviation. The engineer led the client team to complete the entire visual calibration process step by step. The client team had a basic understanding of this calibration skill during the training of the three proof coating machine at the first factory. After this targeted review and consolidation, the local team fully mastered the method of independent calibration. The engineer also explained to the customer the operating logic of the dual head splitting system: in daily production, the main cutting head is used as the main operation, and the auxiliary head is used as a backup. At the same time, the full process troubleshooting and handling method for tool damage false alarms was demonstrated, and the detection parameters of the control software were optimized accordingly. The status verification signal line was added, completely solving the previous occasional false alarm problem. The production line immediately entered a stable continuous production state.
In order to meet the customer's demand for further improving production capacity, engineers have optimized the plate splitting process parameters in a targeted manner. On the premise of not affecting the cutting edge accuracy and quality at all, the spindle operating speed has been moderately increased to optimize the idle efficiency of the cutting path. Ultimately, the unit time production capacity of the equipment has been significantly improved, perfectly matching the customer's expansion goals.
Long term service system coverage, accompanying customers for continuous growth
In the final stage of the on-site service, H.F.X engineers have also clarified with the customer team the response channel for long-term support: small problems encountered in daily life can be directly communicated through WhatsApp or remotely connected to the device backend using remote assistance software to quickly troubleshoot and repair, without waiting for engineers to come across the border every time, greatly reducing the response cost of subsequent operations and maintenance. The customer team highly praised the experience of this on-site service, and the newly delivered H.F.X PCBA splitter fully met their expected operational performance.
This on-site service in Tajikistan once again vividly demonstrates the core service characteristics of H.F.X: practical solutions oriented towards implementation, hands-on practical training, and long-term partnership building for mutual growth with customers. Whether the customer is in Tajikistan or any region around the world, H.F.X's technical service team will accompany them throughout the process, helping the customer's factory achieve efficient and stable production and operation relying on our SMT equipment, and establish a stronger competitive advantage in the local market.
