SMT Assembly Line Solutions 

H.F.X provides a complete SMT assembly line from planning to operation. We design semi-automatic and fully automatic series, using JUKI machines. Our team has 12 years of experience in the field of SMT technology. Our product line includes loaders, printers, JUKI pick-and-place, reflow ovens, AOI, and unloaders. The fully automatic configuration requires one worker per shift. We serve the LED, TV, telephone, and automotive industries. Installation takes 2 days. Training lasts 5 to 15 days. We have multiple experts to help customers build factories globally.

Feature

1. Automated workflow

The SMT assembly line operates from loader to unloader, with full automation throughout the entire process. Everything starts with loading and cleaning the boards. The printer accurately adds solder paste. The JUKI machine quickly mounts the parts. The reflow oven ensures the solder is secure. An AOI inspects the soldering quality. The NG/OK unloader is responsible for sorting the boards. This smooth process enhances speed and reduces errors. It reduces production costs and improves production efficiency.

2. SMD Placement Technology

The SMT picker ensures high efficiency and precision in SMT assembly. It can quickly mount tiny components onto PCBs. Its high speed makes it suitable for large-scale production. It supports circuit boards ranging from small to large. This technology reduces defects in LEDs or mobile phone components.

3. Reflow oven efficiency

The reflow oven within the production line can evenly heat the circuit board. It can strongly solder components without causing damage. Multi-temperature zone control maintains stable temperature, heating air or nitrogen to a sufficiently high temperature and blowing it onto the circuit board with components already attached, causing the solder on both sides of the components to melt and bond with the main board. This step is suitable for SMT printed circuit board assembly production lines, ensuring reliable output. Low energy consumption saves costs.

4. Inspection and testing

AOI scans the circuit board after soldering. It can identify missing parts. SPI detects the thickness, area, and volume of solder paste on the printed circuit board before placement. This ensures high quality on high-speed SMT assembly lines. NG boards are automatically marked and sorted out.

5. Flexible production line configuration

Choose between a semi-automatic or fully automatic PCBA production line. Semi-automatic is suitable for small items, such as light bulbs. Fully automatic is suitable for automotive electronics. The layout diagram helps with space planning. We will flexibly configure the production line equipment according to your factory's needs.
