1. Automated workflow
The LED production line is fully automated from loader to unloader. It starts with loading boards and cleaning to ensure a dust-free start. The printer accurately adds solder paste on each solder pad. The JUKI machine mounts parts quickly and precisely. The reflow oven ensures the solder is secure. The AOI checks the quality after soldering. The NG/OK unloader sorts good and bad boards. This process increases speed and greatly reduces errors. 4. Inspection and testing
AOI automatically scans circuit boards after soldering to identify defective products. It can detect bridge, displacement, abnormal solder volume, or missing components within seconds. SPI achieves prevention by pre-setting the volume of the detection paste. This ensures high quality output from the LED production line. Data analysis tracks trends for process adjustments. It performs exceptionally well in high-speed SMT production lines.
